The acquisition of one of the busiest and most successful petrol stations in London, Barking Service Station, on the A13 orbital in Essex.

The acquisition of the Park Inn Hotel in Walsall, positioned on the M5/M6 intersection central to Birmingham and the Black Country, it provides an ideal hotspot location for corporate and public stopovers. Once one of the Radisson Group of hotels, it now adds experience in corporate hospitality to the portfolio.

And finally, but probably most successful and sustainable is our primary business, Finance House Limited. Established in 1993 we are Commercial Mortgage Brokers. Another string to the Kennford bow is the Barking petrol station located on the A13 in Essex. The business brings in a steady footfall of customers 24 hours a day.

Newly refurbished and situated at a busy intersection, Barking Service Station also has a mini market which sells a wide range of goods and services including convenience foods, confectionery, drinks, tobacco products and a Self Service Coffee and Pastry Station.
